Our activities are structured into three main organisational units – Administrative, Operations and Research Departments. The Administrative department sees to the day-to-day running of the Company, providing necessary support and supplies to other Departments. The Operations Department embodies the core of the Company’s activities. The services provided to our clients are handled by this Department. The department is organized into different service lines – Strategy & Operations, Human Resources & Talent Management, Marketing & Sales, Financial Management & Advisory, Training & Development and, Executive Advisory Services. The Research Department oversees the research, innovation and development activities of the Company.
